Summary: I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share my experience. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is conveniently located near many of the city’s main attractions. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed sheets, pillowcases, mattress, and covers all had visible stains and did not appear to be properly cleaned. The door and its handles were also noticeably dirty. To make matters worse, I found long hair inside one of the bath towels, which was very off-putting. The most unpleasant part on the last night of my stay was discovering an underwear left under the bed from previous. This raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene and housekeeping standards of the hotel. Unfortunately, despite the good location and kind staff, I would not choose to stay here again unless the cleanliness improves significantly.
